I have always purchased new cars since the age of 20 and now at the age of 71, I made the most difficult purchase of a new vehicle in my history of about 15 new vehicle purchases. My apprehension and hesitation was not due to money, inventory or dealership issues, but the fact that for the first time I was leaving the world of ICE vehicles and moving into the new EV movement. I did as much online research and homework and the rest I left up to the dealership (Merit Chevrolet). I could not have asked for better treatment and assistance in making this leap into new technology, but thanks to a patient and knowledgeable sales consultant and a couple of test drives, I knew this was the right purchase for me! I visited two other Chevrolet dealerships through this process and their knowledge and sales skills were not at the same level of Merit Chev. Thank you, Merit!
