Communication was not the best. No call to let us know it was going to take an extra day. When called late in the day the person answering the phone said it was being worked on, didn't know when it would be done, and call back tomorrow. This type of follow up was a complete surprise as usually the communication from Merit is top notch. It didn't seem like communication should have been a problem because when you came into the service area all the service writers were standing around talking and joking about something. In addition the caps on the lug nuts for my truck had multiple loose ones. I had to go around to each tire and check the tightness of the plastic lug covers. Some looked like they were ready to come off. My wife picked up the truck and I have not had a chance to drive it so I hope all the maintenance was done correctly. So disappointing.
