I could not ask for more when scheduling an appointment with this dealership. They make things so easy from scheduling to pick up. Their ride program is really an added convenience to be able to get your vehicle repaired, without waiting. This is a great dealership!

I brought my truck in for oil change, tire rotation, and other scheduled maintenance, and also to have the squeaking checked on my brakes. Total bill was around $1000. After I picked up the truck, the oil change windshield sticker wasn't replaced, the oil life gage wasn't reset on my dashboard, and my brakes still squeak although I was told that they were cleaned out and should be good to go. I'm not very confident that anything was done to my truck.

I was not notified when my car was done. Also, the tires were rotated but the tire pressure was not adjusted. I had to stop on my way home and add air.

I hit a deer with my truck. The front of my truck was smashed. Merit got my truck in faster then 7 other shops could. The work was amazing. My silverado is so shiny I almost don't want to drive it. Thank you
