My interaction with Jason from sales was great. He was helpful, open, and not pushy. He verified for me repeatedly that the vehicle I wanted was still physically there and available, and he made the process of buying a new car (which I have never actually done before) painless. The finance professional I worked with (I am so sorry I forgot his name) was also a pleasure to work with. He was clear in what prices were, what was going on, the process, and my options. The process was simple and had minimal stress.

Did thorough job of checking and fixing relevant parts. Only problem was no one contacting me to say my car was ready. I had to call Service department. Really appreciate them driving my car to shop for 2 day repair, and bringing it back, because it's adapted for my physical handicaps. (Bought car from Merit when new.)

I brought my vehicle in to have an oil change and tire rotation when I got it back the vehicle was turning to the right by itself brought it back for them to look at . There was really bad inside ware on the tires. They were really bad but they never told me When they did the rotation I do not understand why that took place so I bought tires and had them installed Should never have the inconvenients of having to bring it back To have new tires put on. They should have told me right away but somebody is not paying attention to their work.

On Thurs March 2nd I had tried to get into Polar Chev & Merit Chev for an oil change at the last minute while my husband was getting a 3 hr EEG done and neither dealership was able to guarantee that they could finish in time for me to get back in time to pick my husband up. I did appreciate the honesty. The next morning, I arrived on Fri., March 3rd @ 8am to Merit Chev to see if I could get in expecting to wait for about 2-3 hrs. I couldn't wait for the next available appt as my '!' was on with the change oil light. They got me in and said it would be about an hour, which surprised me and then I was driving out of the dealership within 45 minutes. The service is excellent, they answer my questions without making me feel like I am asking a 'dumb question'. This is my 'go to' place for oil changes.

very friendly sales staff and final signing of papers was handled by a well experienced staff member and made entire purchase from walking into door only 1 1/2 hours to driving away in Brand new Trailblazer, sales Consultant Will O'Connor even sat in car and walked through all controls that was a big help, being I am old school with a manual shift trans.
