First visit with new silverado, had oil change and recall. Also had a seek from what sound like a break. Turned out there was a TSB on it and it was axel related. Unfortunately chev doesn't have the parts available to fix it which makes meout chev

On on April 15 I contacted your dealership in the morning hours and spoke with Tim Skaar. I told Tim what I was looking for. He quickly got back to me and let me know he had a vehicle that matched my needs. I told Tim I would be in after work at about 5 o���clock. When I arrive at your dealership Tim had the vehicle warmed up and running for me. I drove the vehicle and the vehicle fit my needs. Tim completed the necessary paperwork in a timely manner and I was able to leave that night with the vehicle. Tim was a very professional polite and had a great attitude. He answered every question and assisted me with any needs that I had. While waiting for Tim to complete some of the paperwork and obtain a trade value I spoke with several other sales persons who were also very polite and professional. My trading it was very fair. Tim is one of the most professional sales persons I have met in a long time he was polite respectful of my time and respectful of me as a person. I have a great appreciation for Tim and obviously your dealership knows talent when they see it. I feel that Tim is a great asset to the Chevrolet corporation and I would highly recommend him and your dealership to anyone.

I came in during the mid-afternoon for an oil and change and lube, and to rotate the tires and balance if needed. I also asked for the alignment to be checked and for a leak in the seam of the radiator to be checked. From what I understand the technician was in hurry to get done for the day and leave and he forgot to check the radiator. I needed a written estimate for the radiator to go along with the estimate I already had for the engine oil and transmission fluid cooler lines to turn in for a grant from a veteran's organization to help pay for it all. I'll probably have to get a new estimate done that includes all three items and the service tech said to let them know and they could email it to me.

From the time I walked into Merit Chev, I was treated very well. Enthusiastic and extremely polite staff. Our sales person was exceptional. Showed me what we wanted to see and explained in detail all questions we put to him. He never pressured us and allowed us to test drive a couple vehicles we were interested in. I will definitely refer our sales person (Jason Wortman) and Merit Chev to any friends who may be looking for a vehicle.
