Inquired about a tire rotation service while having my vehicle serviced for a lube, oil and filter. Told cost and I denied it as it was free from where I had purchased tires. Received a call that my vehicle required rear brakes with new rotors at a cost of $415.00. Authorized the repair. When I picked vehicle I inquired if the tires had been rotated since the rear tires were already removed, service rep indicated they were not. My Lexus dealer and Toyota dealer would have not only rotated at no cost, they would have rotated the tires after performing the brake service given I had initially inquired about it . Service representatives need to be more in tune and aware of customers needs and how to provide satisfactory service at basic level. This service interaction did not do this.

My new car started handling poorly and I just drove into the dealer since I was close. They helped me out and gave me a nice loaner car. It took almost one week to repair because the parts took a while, but they kept me updated. When the parts came in they quickly made the repairs and the my car now appears to be back to new.
