I got my Equinox back with a very small scratch on the leather steering wheel. It’s hard to notice, but I can feel it when I rub my hands around the wheel. I really liked the feel of that, but now it bothers me. I don’t think anything can be done, but I did want someone to know.
I questioned if my tires were rotated because I had markings on my tires and I was aware of each tire placement. The service rep told me the rear tires were swapped to the front. I doubt Even this happened either way this would be an improper tire rotation. This is lazy and a rip off to the customer.
John was very professional with gathering information and answering questions whenever he did not have the answer. We felt that he truly was working with us for the right vehicle for our family. His follow up on the delivery of the new car was great. I will definitely ask for John for our next car.
The window sticker does not have the tires, battery and brakes checked off. The sticker prior to this one said the battery was poor even though it was a new battery. The garage person just copied the sticker from the time before. Now I’m wondering if the oil has been really changed, also the transmission, transfer case, front and rear differentials have been changed so did they really do the work or not?
