Confirmed Service Customer
Stopped in at Merit Chev on 2-23-24 for an oil change on my ‘22 Silverado w/ 15091 miles. I had no appointment. They got me in right away. They recommended a tire rotation which I agreed to. I pointed out that I was hearing two noises when I start up cold. One, a serpentine belt noise/click. The other, a vibration noise which sounded like a loose exhaust heat shield. Oil change & tire rotation were done quickly but unfortunately, were not able to locate the two noises.

Chad is a car buff with a good business head fully capable of explaining any automotive or business concern. His P.R. skills are exceptional allowing him to reach out to the customer making them feel comfortable throughout the entire buying process. The sales consultant Jason Wortman was very knowledgable with extremely good customer relation skills making for a very pleasant buying experience. I would definitely consider Merit for my next buying experience.

8:30 appointment to get oil changed and nothing else. Truck sat outside till 9:00 before being moved. Talked to some why it is taking so long and he said he would check, no answer. Finally get the truck back at 9:45 unwashed ( 46 degrees outside ). If they rotated the tires it could have been a four hours. No communication.
